Alu-Druckguss has filed for insolvency due to imminent illiquidity. The supplier specializes in the production of high-quality aluminum die-castings using complex machining processes and in the assembly of system components.
Due to imminent illiquidity, the automotive supplier Alu-Druckguss has filed for insolvency at the Potsdam District Court. The court has appointed the lawyer Susanne Berner of the Dr. Berner law firm from Berlin as provisional insolvency administrator. The company supplies automobile manufacturers and specializes in the production of high-quality aluminum die castings using complex machining processes as well as in the assembly of system components.
According to the company, despite the insolvency, business operations will continue uninterrupted and without restrictions. Susanne Berner, a restructuring expert, said that she intended to stabilize and continue the company. The wages and salaries for the approximately 270 employees are secured by insolvency payments for a period of three months. As a next step, the search for investors is now to be started promptly, so that the company is given the opportunity for a new start under a transferring restructuring.
