Renishaw's RenAM 500Q works with four 500 W high-power lasers, all of which have simultaneous access to the entire powder bed surface. This results in a significantly higher number of components with significantly better productivity and lower cost per part, the manufacturer explains. The machine is equipped with an automatic powder handling system that enables a continuous construction process, reduces operating time and ensures a high level of system reliability.

InfiniAM Central software was developed by Renishaw for remote process monitoring of AM systems and provides direct access to machine data. This Industry 4.0-enabled, networked system allows remote monitoring of AM building processes on computers and mobile devices, including near real-time insight into live AM parts and access to analyze previous parts. System sensor and component information are displayed graphically for intuitive, in-depth analysis.
