Cast Forge 2018 New Trade Fair for Casting and Forging
Messe Stuttgart has launched the trade fair Cast Forge. The starting date of the trade fair for casting and forging as well as the machines used in this industry will be on June 5, 2018 in Stuttgart.
For three days, visitors to Cast Forge will be able to find out about the entire value-added chain — from casting or forging blanks to machines and the final components. According to the organizer, it is the first platform for manufacturers to present their range of products and services in the field of cast steel, grey and nodular cast iron as well as non-ferrous castings and forged parts. “We are now bringing supply and demand together for the first time. The positive response from domestic and international suppliers confirms this decision," explains Ulrich Kromer von Baerle, Managing Director of Messe Stuttgart.
The customers on the user side, who were surveyed in a strategic market research, are also looking forward to Cast Forge, the organizer reports. Jörg Schulz from Gebr. Heller Maschinenfabrik appreciates the idea and plans to use the event to expand his supplier network.
As a trade fair, CastForge places its focus on castings and forgings and their machining. The industry will meet for the first time in Stuttgart from 5 to 7 June 2018 to present its unique range of products and services. International exhibitors will present their products to a wide range of visitors from mechanical engineering and plant construction, automotive and drive technology, construction machinery, pumps and hydraulic engineering and also the supply industry. The information provided to CastForge visitors is rounded off by other concurrent industry trade fairs: Global Automotive Components and Suppliers Expo, Engine Expo, Automotive Interiors Expo, Automotive Testing Expo, Surface Technology Germany and LASYS, the international trade fair for laser material processing. Messe Stuttgart is located right next to the international Stuttgart Airport and has a direct junction onto the A8 motorway. So far CastForge reports more than 100 exhibitors for the new casting and forging trade fair.
