TCT Asia 2021 kicked off in Shanghai New International Expo Center on May 26, 2021. YIZUMI has showcased one set of SpaceA Industrial Pellet 3D Printers, the SpaceA-2000-500-S. The event will last for three days.

At YIZUMI’s eye-catching booth, various products are showcasing, and the SpaceA-2000-500-S Industrial Pellet 3D Printer is printing car seat structures on site, which attracts many visitors standing aside and watching. SpaceA Industrial Pellet 3D Printer is an integrated solution created by China-German innovative cooperation. Its several advantages and four principles will assist customers in achieving simple, fast, competitive production, bringing more possibilities for the fields such as sports, auto, home appliances, handicrafts, construction, jigs & fixtures.
With the focus on reliable and economical use, SpaceA offers plug-and-play solutions which need only power and a pneumatic connection to start running. In addition, the new control algorithms and options set up on our machine will further improve the ergonomics and process quality.
At YIZUMI’s booth, various products are showcasing. This picture shows a seat structure with a part size of 450x300x700mm^3 and a weight of 2000g. It is made of PA6 CF30 and has a cycle time of 480 min.

Advantages:
1. Common Raw Material: the conventional thermoplastic granules are applicable, so the cost is low.
2. Rapid Manufacturing: based on the physical principle of shear heating within the screw extruder, which can plasticize raw materials more efficiently than filament extruders.
3. Scalable Production: additive and subtractive manufacturing in combination.
4. Line-integration: the printing unite can be combined freely with current production chains.
