Since its launch in July 2018, Orderfox.com Machinery Exchange has been continuously expanded and broadened. Through the cooperation with Mazak, new machines are now also available. Mazak not only manufactures state-of-the-art machine tools such as multi-functional machines, CNC turning centres, machining centres and laser cutting machines, but also manufactures automation systems based on the "Done-in-One" concept. This approach delivers exceptional productivity and versatility to the global manufacturing industry.

"We learned about Orderfox.com at the EMO 2017 in Hannover. Since then we have been following the development of the platform and are impressed. In Orderfox.com we have found a competent partner that makes our products available for our target group around the clock," says Martin Engels, Managing Director of Yamazaki Mazak Deutschland GmbH, explaining the background to the cooperation. "For our customers, machine capacity utilization is the decisive criterion in their purchasing decision, alongside price. Orderfox.com with its core feature 'place orders' and 'search orders' offers the perfect solution to achieve optimal machine utilization," Martin Engels continues.

Optimum Machine Utilization

If machine utilization is too low, CNC manufacturers can find suitable orders on Orderfox.com. There are intelligent filter functions available for job searches. Searches for available machines can be created, saved and subscribed to.

E-mail notifications provide daily or immediate information on suitable CNC orders. If the capacity utilization is too high, CNC manufacturers can quickly and easily outsource orders to Orderfox.com and find the right production partner. Purchasers use the dynamically growing B2B platform not only to find qualified CNC manufacturers worldwide and expand their supplier network, but also appreciate the efficient tendering processes without commission costs.

Complete Offer in the Orderfox.com Machinery Exchange

In the Orderfox.com Machinery Exchange, members can not only search for new and used machines, but also offer their own machines quickly, easily and free of charge. Through partnerships with portals for used machines, the machine exchange is continuously supplied with current offers. Mazak is the 1st new machine partner in the Orderfox.com machinery exchange. Offers for machine transports can already be obtained directly from a transport partner via the platform. However, the expansion of the platform feature is far from concluded. Further machine manufacturers, used machine portals, transport and financing partners are to supplement the Orderfox.com machine exchange in the future.
